Thomas Morgenstern, born on 30th October 1986 in Spittal/Austria is 14 times gold medalist in ski jumping. He is the winner of all big championships in ski jumping succeeding in the Olympics, the World Cup, the Worldchampionship and the Vierschanzen-Tournee. His greatest success was winning the gold medal in the single competition at the 2006 Winter Olympics held at Italian Torino. After two very heavy accidents happening wthin a pretty short  time Morgenstern decided to retire from active competition in 2014 in the age of only 27 years. He is a pilot since 2008 and he has got a helicopter licence since 2012. He is the owner of the Robinson R44 Raven II light helicopter with the registration code OE-XMO.
